Tailored, Compassionate, and Evidence-Based Care

Congratulations on taking this personal and brave step in beginning or returning to therapy!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience supporting adults through life’s most challenging moments. My approach is grounded in psychodynamic and trauma-informed therapy, with training in EMDR and psychoanalytic psychotherapy.

In our work together, I’ll help you explore the roots of your emotional patterns, develop deeper self-understanding, and move toward lasting change. I offer a nonjudgmental, collaborative space where we can uncover what’s getting in the way of the life you want.

My background includes leading interdisciplinary clinical teams, supervising emerging therapists, and providing therapy in both private practice and community mental health settings. I bring clinical expertise, cultural sensitivity, and a deep respect for each person’s unique experience.

If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to begin, you're not alone. Therapy is a space where we can make sense of your experiences together. Whether you're seeking clarity, healing, or personal growth, I’m here to walk alongside you, at your pace.
